To develop Christians leaders in the middle class of the society in each country.
To raise up and prepare the next generation of Christian leaders to continue the Great Commission in their countries.
To reach the unreached, so as to accomplish the Great Commission of the Lord.
To use holistic approach to develop the Christian community, and also to transform the community holistically.
